Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative in the United States Iowa Jesup area to drive local B2B supplemental insurance sales as an independent contractor. You will meet with business owners and employees, present benefit options, enroll clients, and grow your book of business.

You will operate with flexibility and receive structured support, training, and leadership guidance while developing long-term client relationships and pursuing advancement opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with support.

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for leadership teams and employees.
• Recommend supplemental coverage solutions based on client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.

• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
