Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Bellevue, WA, combining home office, school, and event environments. You will drive full-cycle sales within a local territory, manage accounts across sports, and travel 2–5 days weekly in the field.

The role emphasizes consultative service, CRM-based prospecting, and data-driven growth, with evenings and weekends possible to meet client needs and sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience or coaching/sport background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and persevere.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within the territory.
