Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro for a hybrid role serving the Northwest Michigan territory. You will optimize full-cycle sales, provide consultative service to coaches, and cultivate relationships with schools and organizations.

Responsibilities include revenue generation, lead development, and CRM management, with travel within the territory and occasional out-of-area opportunities. Evening/weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sports industry preferred).
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM data, prospecting, and account activity to support relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
