BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro in the North East Central Iowa region for hybrid work with local travel to schools and organizations. The role focuses on optimizing full-cycle sales, servicing coaches, and driving revenue growth within the territory.

You will manage relationships, prospect, and close deals across sports at all levels. A reliable vehicle and territory-based schedule are required, with evenings/weekends possible to meet customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by representing multiple sports.
