BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Pro to lead full-cycle sales in the assigned Iowa territory. You will build relationships with coaches, generate revenue, and manage accounts in schools and communities.

This full-time hybrid role requires local travel (2-5 days/week), evenings/weekends as needed, and a reliable vehicle. You will use CRM to track activity, qualify leads, and expand sales across all sports.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (territory-based) or coaching background.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s acceptable with relevant experience.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid license.

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities via cold-calling.
