Varsity Brands is seeking a Field Sales Pro in Western/Northwest Illinois to drive full-cycle sales in a hybrid environment. You will service coaches, develop leads, and travel locally to schools and organizations, balancing evenings and weekends as needed.

We value 3+ years of B2B outside sales (or coaching background), an associate degree or higher, and a reliable vehicle. This role offers unlimited commission potential and a comprehensive sales training program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Territory sales experience in sporting goods or coaching background preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to manage accounts and activities.
