Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in the local territory. You will coach coaches, generate revenue, and expand opportunities across sports while traveling 2-5+ days per week.

The role requires B2B outside sales experience or coaching background, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed. Hybrid home-office and field-based, with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales in sporting goods or coaching background.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record.
• Hybrid work ability and territory ownership in Tulsa area.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service to coaches in territory and drive revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets within territory.
• Qualify leads via cold-calls and campaigns and manage CRM activity.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel regularly within the territory and manage accounts.
