Job summary

Varsity Brands is seeking a Field Sales Pro in Northeast Oklahoma for a hybrid full-time role. You will manage a local client base, travel within the territory 2–5 days per week, and serve coaches and administrators with consultative support to grow revenue.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales or coaching background, a reliable vehicle, and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor preferred). Evening/weekend hours may be required as part of territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Independent worker with strong initiative and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for coaches and admin staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets within the territory.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and relationships across accounts.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within the territory.
