Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Pro in Southwest Indianapolis to drive full-cycle sales in a local territory within a hybrid home office and on-site setting. You will manage relationships with coaches, generate revenue, qualify leads, and travel 2-5 days per week to schools and events, while using CRM and data insights to grow accounts across all sports.

Evenings and weekends may be required; a reliable vehicle and strong communication are essential to success in this

• Proficient time management to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and do everything humanly possible to make their lives easier.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and the persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM, including prospecting, account management, and activity tracking, to support sales and customer relationship efforts.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
