Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales within the Southwest Michigan territory. The hybrid role combines home office and client-site activity across schools and events. You will build relationships with coaches, drive revenue, and manage opportunities through a CRM-driven process.

Travel is local to the territory (2-5+ days/week). Hours vary, with evenings and weekends possible, reflecting customer needs and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Maintain resilience and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within the territory.
