BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Pro to drive full-cycle sales in Tulsa and surrounding areas. This hybrid role blends home-office work with in-person client engagement at schools and events, requiring travel 2–5 days per week.

Youll build relationships, generate revenue, and qualify leads while leveraging CRM to manage activities. If you are self-driven with strong communication and a results-oriented mindset, this role fits you.

Qualificações

• Self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven time management to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
• Able to cultivate a distraction-free in-home office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches within the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Remain resilient and persistent to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage your account list and travel within the territory.
