Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in a defined territory and service customers in schools and athletic programs. You will generate revenue, expand relationships, and manage leads through CRM with a strong focus on results.

The role requires local residence, a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel 2–5+ days per week, with evenings and weekends possible. Hybrid work environment supports home office and field activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; driving record satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the territory and maximize sales opportunities.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and lead campaigns to drive opportunities.
• Navigate CRM to manage accounts, prospects, and activities for relationships.
• Travel within territory to client sites, events, and meetings as needed.
