Biltright Turf is seeking a proactive Field Sales professional to own a territory and drive commission-based success. You’ll manage Home Depot/Lowe’s partnerships, generate your own leads, and close high-ticket projects with homeowners.

Expect a remote-friendly role with a strong focus on in-store presence and on-site closing. Average sale is $9,204; commissions start at 10% with upside as you hit weekly targets.

Qualifications

• In-home closing experience at kitchen table with customers.
• Track record of $5k+ close per deal.
• Proven ability to generate own pipeline.
• Owns a regional territory mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Tablet competency for proposals and invoicing.
• Strong personal integrity and customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own your region and dealer relationships with Home Depot and Lowe's.
• Meet customers in-store and in-home to present and close deals.
• Walk yards, photograph, design, price, and close on the spot.
• Utilize provided tech to measure and quote accurately.
• Manage pipeline and report weekly results.
