Job summary

Biltright Turf seeks an energetic Outside Sales pro for in-person turf installations. You’ll measure spaces, capture photos, and design quotes on-site, then close deals and repeat the process with new clients. This role rewards high-ticket sales through commissions and requires strong people skills.

The position offers a structured schedule, mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Prior turf or landscape sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience with in-person client interaction.
• Experience selling high-ticket projects ($5k+).
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.
• Able to measure, design, and present quotes on site.
• Ability to use a tablet for estimates and communications.
• Organized enough to never lose an estimate.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial sites to assess turf needs.
• Measure spaces, take photos, and design installations on site.
• Close deals and manage follow-up until installation.
• Maintain accurate estimates and client records.
