American Outliers is seeking a Turf Pro to drive residential turf projects in a growing Tampa territory. You will follow up inbound leads, conduct on-site consultations, prepare estimates, and close deals, balancing fieldwork with relationship-building.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings potential in the six figures as the territory expands. You’ll manage your schedule, own your pipeline, and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or related field is preferred.
• Comfortable in the field with in-home consultations and face-to-face selling.
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with homeowners.
• Organized and dependable with excellent follow-through.
• Self-starter who can manage a territory independently and build a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through referrals, inbound leads, and prospecting.
• Conduct on-site consultations, assess property needs, prepare estimates, and close residential turf projects.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Communicate project details to installation crews and stay involved through completion.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities as the territory grows.
• Support proposal creation, scheduling, and CRM updates.
