FleetPride is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Denver to grow sales and gross profit within a defined territory by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers. You will drive value for customers through FleetPride’s extensive parts and services, while maintaining a customer-focused culture across branches and teams.

You will leverage product knowledge, sales processes, and CRM tools to plan calls, identify opportunities, and close deals.

Qualificações

• 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Heavy-duty equipment distribution sales or related industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical inclination and interest in FleetPride’s industry.
• Experience with CRM and other sales force automation tools is a plus.
• MS Office Suite proficiency with ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel.
• Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.

• Account Planning: understand share of wallet and opportunities within accounts; maintain and socialize plans.
• Call Planning: set call objectives, anticipate barriers, and document results in CRM.
• Customer Needs and Assessment: ask questions to uncover current and future needs and opportunities.
• Value of FleetPride: discuss how FleetPride delivers value and drives mutual benefit.
• Team Work: leverage internal resources to fulfill customer needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Product Knowledge: understand major parts offered and how they fit customer needs.
