Job summary

FleetPride, the nation’s largest distributor of heavy-duty parts, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue in a defined territory within a dynamic B2B environment.

You will expand share within existing customers and acquire new accounts by solving customer problems and delivering mutual value, while embracing FleetPride’s high-accountability sales culture and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.
• Demonstrated mechanical inclination and interest in FleetPride’s industry.
• Experience with CRM and other sales force automation tools is a plus.
• MS Office Suite proficiency with ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow share of wallet within assigned territory.
• Conduct effective sales calls with a clear objective and follow-up in CRM.
• Identify customer needs, propose FleetPride products and services, and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track territory performance and adjust plans to meet sales targets.
