Job summary

FleetPride is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow sales within a defined Territory. You will sell FleetPride products and services to current and prospective customers in a competitive B2B environment, maximizing sales and gross profit by expanding within accounts and acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities include account planning, call planning, assessing customer needs, and communicating FleetPride's value.

Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Heavy-duty equipment distribution sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand share of wallet and opportunities to sell more within accounts.
• Prepare for calls with clear objectives and topics, using CRM data.
• Ask questions to uncover current and future customer needs.
• Maintain open dialogue to demonstrate FleetPride value and drive mutual benefits.
• Collaborate with teams and leverage FleetPride resources to support customers.
