Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle sales in a New Jersey territory, serving schools, clubs, and youth programs in a hybrid home-office and field environment.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales, a reliable vehicle, and strong communication, with 2–5 days per week in the territory and travel to local accounts. You will prospect, qualify leads, manage accounts in CRM, and collaborate with coaches to grow opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Maintain and navigate CRM to support sales and relationships.
• Increase sales across all sports in existing accounts.
• Travel locally within territory; some overnight travel may be required.
• Leverage data and territory planning to grow opportunities.
