Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional in Middlesex County, NJ. This full-time, hybrid role covers local schools and community programs within the territory, requiring 2–5 days of travel per week.

You will drive full-cycle sales, manage accounts in CRM, and build strong relationships with coaches and administrators. Evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
• Strong self-direction and autonomy in task management.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales across sports and levels; serve as trusted partner to schools and programs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage travel within the assigned territory.
