Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Pine Brook, NJ for a hybrid, territory-based role serving schools and athletic programs. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service, building a robust pipeline and managing accounts with CRM tools.

The role demands local travel 2–5 days/week, evenings/weekends as needed, and a focus on growing multi-sport penetration while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience or coaching/sports background.
• Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive new business via campaigns.
• Use CRM to manage prospects, accounts, and activity.
• Grow sales across all sports in existing accounts.
• Travel 2–5 days per week within the territory.
