You will work with decision-makers to understand needs, recommend products, and become a trusted resource for their business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales experience required.
• Contractor-facing sales experience preferred.
• Kitchen & Bath or similar industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and regular job-site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Grow sales, market share, and gross profit within the territory.
• Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and process sales orders, bids, and job information packages.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and value-added service opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns, pricing issues, and material returns.
• Maintain customer profiles, call reports, and weekly sales plans.
• Partner with Inside Sales and other team members to support customers.
• Assist with accounts receivable and communicate potential credit risks.
