Kohler Store in Irvine, CA is seeking an Outside Salesperson to drive business relationships with customers and contractors. You will conduct face-to-face meetings, visit job sites, and work with the Profit Center Manager to set revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, processing orders, and growing market share through value-added services while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years outside sales experience, contractor sales preferred.
• Ability to drive for company business and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM basics.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customers with face-to-face meetings and site visits.
• Meet revenue and margin targets with the Profit Center Manager.
• Analyze sales data to grow market share and hit monthly targets.
• Process orders, bids, and information packages per policy.
• Complete customer call reports and maintain data in profiles.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and upsell.
• Resolve customer issues and manage credit risk with relevant teams.
• Support Inside Sales and participate in sales meetings.
• Join industry associations and complete safety training.
