Job summary

Bobcat of Houston, part of the Bobcat Company network, seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to travel territory, train with current reps, and grow sales of compact equipment. Candidate should be personable, results-driven, and able to adapt to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, supporting calls and deal closures, site visits, product promotion, and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with operating compact construction equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships; build confidence and call on customers.
• Assist outside sales representatives on sales calls, trade in requests, and deal completion.
• Visit construction sites, offices, and owner/operator sites within territories.
• Promote Bobcat products; demonstrate rentals and grow sales and market presence.
