Job summary

Bobcat of Houston is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive outside sales and expand market presence for Bobcat equipment in the Houston area.

The role requires visiting construction sites and owner/operator sites within territories, promoting products, and assisting other sales staff. A strong emphasis on relationship building and communication will be essential to success within this team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling industrial or construction equipment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships; call on customers.
• Assist outside sales reps on calls, trade in requests, and deal completion.
• Visit construction sites and owner/operator sites within territories.
• Promote Bobcat products; demonstrate rentals and grow sales.
• Create a personalized customer service relationship with new and existing customers.
• Keep management informed of significant developments in the territory.
