Job summary

Bobcat of Houston is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to travel within designated territories and train alongside current outside sales teams. The role emphasizes building relationships, promoting Bobcat equipment, and driving sales growth with a customer-first approach.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable visiting construction sites and owner-operator locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent documented work experience.
• Experience selling industrial equipment or construction equipment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships; call on customers and grow sales.
• Assist outside representatives on sales calls and deal closure.
• Visit construction sites and operator sites within territories.
• Promote Bobcat products and demonstrate rentals.
• Maintain knowledge of new products from suppliers.
• Follow company policies and use approved CRM and sales tools.
• Schedule, follow up and meet deadlines.
