Job summary

ARDEX Americas seeks a Sales Professional to cover the South Texas region from an Austin or San Antonio base. This role involves daily field work with some overnight travel, building strong partnerships with distributors, contractors, architects, and designers to expand market presence.

You will conduct product demonstrations, provide on-site technical guidance, and drive product specification within the architectural community.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems.
• Technical proficiency in specs and design.
• Able to travel territory and manage multiple accounts.
• Demonstrates company values in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and jobsite activity.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer engagement.
• Develop relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on jobsites.
• Drive product specification activity within architectural and design communities.
