Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a local Texas territory in a full-time, independent contractor role. You will engage business owners and employees in face-to-face conversations to explain supplemental insurance options, enroll clients, and provide ongoing service.

You'll operate with autonomy over your schedule while receiving structured training and support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Excellent face-to-face selling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with company support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for leadership teams and employees
• Recommend supplemental coverage solutions based on client needs
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory
