Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive B2B direct sales for supplemental insurance in a local Texas territory. You will meet with business owners and employees, present benefits, enroll clients, and manage ongoing relationships.

The role offers independence as an independent contractor with structured support, ongoing training, and leadership guidance to help build a sustainable outside sales career. Travel within the local territory is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Comfortable with face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for leadership teams and employees.
• Recommend supplemental coverage solutions based on client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
