Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Camden County, NJ. The hybrid role requires local travel 2–5 days per week to schools, clubs, and events, with evenings and weekends possible to support territory customers.

The incumbent drives full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service, leveraging CRM, data insights, and territory planning to grow multi-sport accounts and establish the company as a trusted partner in athletic programs.

Qualifications

• Strong self-management and autonomy in daily tasks and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with clients and teammates.
• Proactive time management to meet deadlines in a dynamic sales environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across sports and levels.
• Build a strong pipeline through in-person engagement and relationship management.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within the territory.
