Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to cover Americus, GA in a hybrid role. You will drive full-cycle sales, prospect, manage accounts, and support coaches and athletic programs.

You will travel 2-5+ days weekly in territory, build relationships, and leverage CRM and data insights to grow multi-sport business. Strong communication and self-direction essential; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably sporting goods) OR coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across all sports.
• Use data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel locally within territory for client engagement.
