Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle sales within a local territory. You will consult with coaches and administrators, build strong relationships, and manage accounts across schools and community programs.

The hybrid role requires 2–5 days per week in the territory, with travel to schools/events. Evenings and weekends may be required; CRM-driven data informs growth and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably sporting goods)
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads to drive opportunities via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
