Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Territory Business Manager in Indianapolis to own the territory, drive face-to-face growth, and close new customer relationships. This field-based B2B role focuses on prospecting, relationship-building, and solution-based selling with performance-based earnings.

You will generate leads through in-person outreach, research potential clients, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside or field sales with new business focus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using social platforms to identify and engage prospects.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through in-person outreach, cold calling, prospect calls, and visits.
• Identify and research potential clients to uncover opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers through tailored presentations and demos.
• Use CRM tools to track activity, update account information, and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain data accuracy in sales systems and plan weekly field activity.
• Represent ImageFIRST at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, service, and operations teams.
