Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Territory Business Manager in Columbus to own the territory and drive new customer relationships through face-to-face selling. This field-based role focuses on prospecting, pipeline management, and closing opportunities with decision-makers.

You will lead in-person prospecting, build strategic relationships, and demonstrate solutions to healthcare providers, with performance-based earnings and a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B outside or field sales with new business focus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using social platforms to identify and engage prospects.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through in-person outreach, cold calling, and visits.
• Identify and research potential clients to uncover opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet goals.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers via presentations and demos.
• Use CRM to track activity and manage follow-ups.
• Represent ImageFIRST at industry events and network opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, service, and operations teams.
