Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead referral development and client growth across a multi-town territory in and around West Hartford. You will build relationships with hospitals, living communities, physician practices, VA, and home-health providers to drive qualified leads and convert assessments into starts.

You will spend the majority of time in the field, meeting referral sources, coordinating with leadership, and managing a sales pipeline to staff high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and two years in marketing, sales, or business development in home care/healthcare
• Minimum of one year in homecare/healthcare industry developing and managing sales strategy
• Must have exceptional organizational and rapport-building skills and excellent follow-up
• Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with prospects and referral sources

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new referral sources through face-to-face meetings and networking
• Identify local influence centers to determine referral sources and build relationships
• Grow territory through referral development, outreach, and KPI tracking
• Coordinate digital marketing with leadership and manage marketing calendar
• Attend events, present services, and visit potential referral partners daily
• Maintain CRM and provide weekly activity reports and sales metrics
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and represent Senior Helpers professionally
