Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to drive B2B referral development across senior services and healthcare. You will spend most time in the field—making cold and warm calls, giving presentations, and attending community events—to build a constant pipeline of high-value home-care clients.

You will qualify and segment referral sources, track every interaction, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Requires field-based, in-person sales with strong pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Driving growth in number of clients, weekly service hours, and revenue.
• A consistent volume of in-person sales calls weekly - spontaneous and pre-scheduled.
• Securing Powerfully Productive Presentations (3Ps) with referral source teams.
• Active participation in networking, educational, and community events.
• Building cross-referral relationships with sales counterparts at non-competing organizations.
• Qualify, prioritize and segment referral sources strategically to maximize the value of every relationship.
• Make sales and educational presentations to varied audiences across senior care and healthcare.
• Keep meticulous records of every conversation, follow-up, and opportunity in the pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, client experience, and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Respond to after-hours prospective client inquiries on a rotational basis - because the right lead doesn’t wait.
