Job summary

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to grow healthcare outside sales across Central Maryland. Based from our Pikesville office, you will spend time with referral partners, manage territory plans, and report to the Director of Operations.

You will build trust with hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and community organizations, traveling regularly within the territory while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of healthcare outside sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pikesville and Central Maryland territory.
• Established network among local healthcare providers and senior-service organizations preferred.
• Experience serving Jewish older adults and familiarity with Jewish customs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow your territory by developing new referral sources and increasing referrals.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, SNFs, home health, hospice, physician practices, and care managers.
• Reach decision-makers through in-person introductions, meetings, calls, and email follow-up.
• Explain services and care programs through presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and review territory priorities weekly with leadership.
