Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead in a local territory while coaching new agents. You will prospect, present to groups, and train teammates to drive growth and client relationships in a hybrid field role.

You will build your own client base, mentor others, and participate in ongoing leadership development with opportunities for advancement. If you excel in CRM usage and relationship building, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• Proven outside or B2B sales experience with a track record.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training sales teams.
• Ability to present clearly to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong sales team.
• Grow your own book of business while guiding others to do the same.
