Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and lead field training for new agents. You will mentor, coach, and model best practices in real-world settings to accelerate reps' success and confidence in the field.

Your role combines hands-on training with personal sales leadership, building a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork within a growing agency's sales force.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and training or leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success is important.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) in life & health insurance; licensure reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.
• Provide practical coaching that builds confidence and consistency.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused culture rooted in growth.
• Balance personal production with training and mentorship responsibilities.
• Provide business-to-business demonstrations for supplemental insurance products.
