Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead in your local territory, selling to business owners, presenting to employee groups, and mentoring new agents. This hybrid role blends field sales leadership with hands-on training and performance coaching.

You will build your own book of business, coach others, run call reviews, and collaborate with management to create a high-performing sales team, with flexible hours and day-one earn-ins through draw pay and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside or B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for 1-on-50+ audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and CRM usage.
• Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and tailor insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong, successful sales team.
• Maintain and grow your own book of business while guiding others.
