Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Market Sales Manager for the poppi brand to drive retail sales execution across a defined territory. This field-based role covers large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts, focusing on brand growth and strong retailer relationships.

Responsibilities include leading store teams, coordinating activations with sales leadership, and leveraging data to shape strategy, with travel to stores daily to bring the poppi brand to life in market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience (CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery).
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies, including in-store execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your territory.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers to grow the brand.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to maximize market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales to support brand development and performance.
• Use syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
• Participate in local/regional drives and sales blitzes to meet goals.
