Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a Market Sales Manager to drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi across large and small format accounts within your territory.

You will lead, coach, and visit stores daily to strengthen retailer relationships and expand the poppi footprint in market. You’ll collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team on strategy, leverage data to guide sales efforts, and participate in regional blitzes to meet development goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery).
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies, including high level in-store execution within large and small format accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software.
• High School diploma is required.
• Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your assigned territory; and maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure smooth communication around retailer activations, key initiatives, and upcoming focus areas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support the overall growth of the poppi brand in your territory.
• Provide leadership, coaching, to ensure the teams you support deliver maximum impact in the market.
• Collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies that support brand development and improve performance.
• Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities, guide sales strategy, and drive impactful market execution.
• Participate in local and regional crew drives and sales blitzes to help meet market development goals.
