Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Market Sales Manager to drive retail sales execution in the Pennsylvania territory for poppi. This field-based role will manage large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts, lead and coach teams, and visit stores daily to strengthen customer relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market.

Responsibilities include in-store execution, coordinating with sales leadership, building retailer relationships, and collaborating with the PepsiCo field

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery).
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies, including high level in-store execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your assigned territory; maximize upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure smooth communication around activations and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support brand growth.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to deliver maximum market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies for brand development and performance.
• Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local/regional drives and sales blitzes to meet market development goals.
