Job summary

PepsiCo’s poppi brand is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead retail sales execution in your territory. In this field-based role, you’ll manage large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts, visiting stores daily to strengthen customer relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail or Grocery.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies with in-store execution in large and small format accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your territory.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and focus areas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers to grow the brand.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to maximize market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales team to support brand development and performance.
