Job summary

VALD is seeking a Health-licensed Business Development Manager to cover a defined territory. The role requires travel and field visits to meet clients, demonstrate VALD equipment, and develop ongoing relationships.

You will work with a global team to advance performance and rehabilitation solutions. Ideal candidates bring allied health credentials and 2+ years of field sales experience, plus strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Allied health background (PT, ATC, S&C) required.
• 2+ years field sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across in-person and virtual settings.
• Comfort with cold prospecting and outreach.
• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined sales territory.
• Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Drive full-cycle sales with contracts and client success.
• Meet monthly/quarterly quota targets.
• Maintain CRM pipeline accurately.
• Represent VALD at conferences and events.
