Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 for a 10-week program from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027 in the United States. The role provides hands-on field sales exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership interaction within PMI U.S.

Commercial teams. Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth and retailer engagement.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Participate in ride-alongs to observe retail execution.
Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
Conduct competitive and market research.
Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
Present findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
