Allied Machine is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to manage selling activities across Southern Michigan, NW Ohio, and NE Indiana. You will represent the company to distributors and end users, develop territory business plans, and drive sales growth.

The role emphasizes building distributor networks, expanding end-user accounts, maintaining product knowledge, and providing feedback on opportunities to the regional sales manager. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2 year engineering or technology degree; 4 year degree preferred.
• Two years diversified manufacturing experiences are preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with distributors and end users.

Aufgaben

• Develop a territory business plan with identified target accounts to meet the required sales increases; review and adjust quarterly with regional manager.
• Maintain and develop additional end-user business at existing accounts in the territory; supervise distributors.
• Expand new end-user accounts and supervise distributors within the territory.
• Develop and maintain a list of end users within the territory.
• Establish and maintain distributor relationships and adjust stocking/discount programs as needed.
• Provide field information to identify new product opportunities and work on special assignments as directed by regional manager.
