Job summary

Arnold Machine is seeking a Regional Field Sales Representative to grow our Midwest market across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Kentucky. You will identify opportunities, conduct plant visits, and collaborate with engineering and business development to quote and close new business.

Travel across the Midwest is required, with a focus on building relationships, managing a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth for all four business groups: Industrial Washers, Coatings, Automation,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales in industrial equipment or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop and close new business in person.
• Strong technical communication with engineers and operations leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Midwest.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Midwest region.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, plant visits, and discovery meetings.
• Develop a robust pipeline aligned with growth and margins.
• Collaborate with Directors to develop proposals.
• Execute account-based selling and cross-sell where applicable.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline status.
• Build long-term relationships and position Arnold Machine regionally.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership.
• Support revenue growth with value-based selling.
