T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead to drive revenue growth across a designated Gainesville, VA territory. You will work with agent store leaders and HQ to ensure KPI achievement and brand alignment while enabling frontline sales tools and readiness for national launches.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within the territory. A Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record checks.

• Execute localized sales enablement plans to grow revenue across the Agent territory.
• Coach and enable agents with product knowledge and tailored sales strategies.
• Monitor territory performance and adjust plans to achieve regional sales goals.
• Coordinate launches and provide real-time updates to agent leadership.
