You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13-week training, and after ramp-up work to identify and secure customers with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with time and territory management.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas via Salesforce funnel management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings.
• Foster relationships with new customers and ensure a smooth service handoff.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
• Operate a company vehicle per policy.
